Before You Arrive
- Register through the StrongChapters link so the chapter knows you're coming
- Bring business cards — you'll have a chance to introduce yourself
- Think through who your ideal referral is — you'll want to be able to say it clearly
- Arrive around 9:15 AM for open networking before the structured meeting begins
- No need to prepare a presentation — just come ready to learn and connect

During the Meeting
You'll be introduced as a visitor and welcomed by the group. You'll get a chance to give a brief introduction of yourself and your business. Then you'll watch a full meeting in action — member presentations, the featured speaker, and referral exchanges.
Visitors are welcome to attend up to 2 meetings before deciding whether to apply for membership.

After the Meeting
Members will likely come introduce themselves. If you're interested in the open seat for your profession, someone from the membership committee will walk you through the next steps. No pressure, no hard close.
