How we got started.

Founded
The BNI Extreme Team chapter was established by a small group of Wichita business owners who believed in the power of referral-based networking. They wanted something different: a group that was professional and productive, but also genuinely welcoming.

Growth
Word spread quickly. Within the first year, the chapter grew to over a dozen members spanning industries from real estate to healthcare to financial services. Members kept showing up because the referrals were real and the relationships were even better.

Today
With 22 active members and millions in closed business referred, the Extreme Team is one of Wichita's most active and successful BNI chapters. We're still growing, and we're still looking for the right people to fill the seats that are open.
