My name is Leslie Dougan and I am the owner of Jazzercise Wichita.
We offer group fitness classes that include a variety of dance cardio, strength training, weightlifting, and stretching. We have various formats that change daily so you are never bored and new, modern content added each month to keep things fresh. You will hear a variety of genres of music and many songs you know from mainstream radio.
Our workouts are all science-backed and designed to help women stay strong with many physical and mental benefits. All of our memberships are eligible for partial reimbursement through Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts.
We offer childcare Monday through Friday at 9:30 am. Every class is live-streamed so you can take your workout with you if you travel or you can do it from home. Childcare and live-streaming is included with our Unlimited Membership, but we offer many different memberships to work with any schedule and budget.
